Return & Refund Policy

JomAlQuran, operated by Dua Marhalah Sdn Bhd (1006742-V), provides Quran learning services (online and in-person classes). We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no product returns apply.

Refunds for classes are handled under our Refund Policy. In short:

• If the teacher or learning centre cancels a paid class and no suitable replacement is offered, that class is refunded in full.
• Unused prepaid classes are refunded when you stop the service; classes already delivered are not.
• Classes missed, or where the student is late, without at least 24 hours’ notice are not refunded, and the teacher is not obliged to wait or extend the class.
• Approved refunds are paid within 14 working days to the original payment method.
